Sydney Weaver, former Eastern Technical High School standout, played on Sunday, April 13 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Sunday, April 13, former Eastern Technical High School standout Sydney Weaver’s current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Converse Valkyries.

The game took place at Tyger River Park. This was their second matchup against the Valkyries this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 4 p.m. at Purnell Swett High School against UNC Pembroke Braves.
