At Goucher College, 93 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Baltimore enrolled 2,236 students in fall 2017, including 1,538 in undergraduate and 698 in graduate programs, data shows. 2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

27 percent of undergraduates are residents of Maryland, and 68 percent are residents of other states. 3 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (56 percent) and Black or African American (15 percent).

The school admitted 79 percent of the 3,474 students who applied for fall 2017. Of those who were admitted, 15 percent enrolled.
