Baltimore County Board of Education issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
Franklin High graduate Hunter Rich, a talented singer-songwriter, enjoyed his high school experience and, in so many ways, found his voice there. He had this to say about his experience: "You could pick up bits of different languages just walking down the hall. And everyone had their own ideas. It was really cool – as much student-influenced as it was teacher-influenced. Everyone was passionate about something. I felt compelled to be myself and express myself."
