Baltimore County Board of Education issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.
Congratulations to Sparrows Point High's Julie Lynch for being named the Baltimore Sun's All-Metro Girls Soccer Player of the Year. She scored game-winning goals in three state championship games, is a four-time state champion, and will attend West Virginia University.
