Goucher College issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
#GoucherProud to report that campus student voting increased significantly in last year’s presidential election, rising to 74% in 2020 from a rate of 66% in 2016.
Goucher College student voter engagement is higher than the national average of 66% for four-year institutions and 69% for private, four-year institutions. We always encourage our students to be an active participant in the world around them. Go Gophers!
