"I am the Co-Founder of HEARTWORK, LLC, a leadership development coaching and consulting firm. At HEARTWORK, the mission is to leverage neuroscience and agape love to develop servant leaders who nourish the soul, stimulate the mind and unleash potential in those that they serve. I have also co-founded SOULKAREKIDS, which is a social justice reform movement committed to humanizing children and dismantling systemic racism in black and brown communities.
SOULKAREKIDS seeks to reinvigorate, uplift and develop leaders from cradle to career by leveraging fun as the catalyst because neuroscientists will confirm that 'fun is good for the soul!' When we nourish the souls of children (and adults!), our brains are physiologically primed to learn, grow and maximize great potential. If you want to learn more about HEARTWORK and SOULKAREKIDS, follow them on Instagram and check out the website and blogs (www.heartworkllc.com and www.soulkarekids.com)."
